Life Coaching is a useful tool that can help us reflect, identify and clarify our goals, re-evaluate, and find ways to meet them.

 

The focus of a coaching session is whatever issue the client chooses. The coach  is a trained and attentive listener, who may gently coax, or ask challenging questions, to help client to develop awareness of their patterns and habits, and discover ways to overcome these, to find their own solutions, make choices, and ultimately create a path towards greater freedom.

People often come to coaching when they have decisions to make about their direction in life, or wish to make changes. With life coaching, we do not look at the past, but stay present and give space to explore future possibilities.

A series of 3 or 4 one hour coaching sessions is recommended.
