Each participant can enjoy an individual wellness therapy of their choice and/or take part in group sessions that focus on self-care and support such as stress management, gentle movement, creativity and self-expression.  

 

You can come to our purpose-built fully accessible centre and enjoy the comfort of our extra-wide treatment tables, or we can bring everything that would be needed to your home or workplace

 

All our wellness therapies can be easily adapted to suit the particular requirements of the group or situation, from a 15 minute massage seated in a chair or at a desk in the work place, to individually tailored treatments held in a private space at your home, workplace or venue
